BASIX4 Comparative Vendor Assessment helps organizations to conduct and standardize the comparing, ranking and evaluation of prospective vendors. The 3 main functions are: 1 - definition of functionality requirements, 2 - vendor invitation to score their products and services against those requirements, 3 - compare and ranking of vendor's scoring results.

Features
This as SaaS delivered procurement software enables a company to create requirement templates that can be used across all individual procurement projects. A requirement template could be: compliance related requirements that are mandatory for all vendors that wish to become a supplier of the organization. Each newly initiated procurement project will include those requirement questions automatically. To those questions, specific functionality requirements originating from the users group can be added.

Vendors can define on or more tools/services and answer the questionnaire in-browser or upload a spreadsheet containing their answers. Each requirement question can be answered as available in vendor's product, free-text answer description can be added as well as the uploading of documents, like a screenshot for example.

A comparison dashboard ranks all vendors' scoring results. Requirement sections can be toggled on/off and requirement scoring weights can be customized in-dashboard.
The Matrix page delivers a bird's eye overview of requirements and their availability per vendor's product.
Individual vendor's scoring pages display the questionnaire's scoring per product.

All scoring data is accessible through OData. This enables third party Business Intelligence(BI) tools to report on the gathered results.
