Environmental Consulting Services Expert with Over 28 Years Experience Joins Partner

ORLANDO, Fla. - Feb. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Timothy DeBord, PG, a highly regarded veteran of the environmental consulting industry, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., DeBord will serve as National Client Manager, focused on expanding Partner’s already significant footprint across Florida and the South East.

DeBord joins Partner from AECOM. Throughout his close to 30-year career in the environmental due diligence industry, DeBord has worked with commercial real estate investors, owner/operators, lenders and insurance companies around the country.   At Partner, DeBord will leverage his technical experience to support clients’ risk management strategies by helping them understand, quantify and address environmental concerns during transactions, and throughout property ownership.

DeBord brings a significant background in serving high profile clients and has performed hundreds of environmental site assessments nationwide. His experience includes evaluating potential liabilities associated with high-risk or multi-stakeholder projects including manufacturing and industrial sites, undeveloped land as well as shopping malls, resort hotels and apartment complexes.  He has project managed spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plan development for automotive interest across the country.  Notable projects included asbestos survey work for the Albuquerque International Airport in New Mexico as well as a 2.5 million square foot multi-family facility in Dallas, Texas.

DeBord’s regulatory compliance experience includes projects at manufacturing factories and plants.  While employed in Dallas, Texas, DeBord performed in-house due diligence services for several electronics manufacturing facilities.

DeBord will be based in Florida. He is a Professional Geologist and has his Bachelors in Geology from the University of Florida.
