In her role, Jennifer will be responsible for CSQUIRE’s Strategic Corporate Development, Growth Initiatives and Administrative Operations.
Jennifer brings a unique mix of global expertise in corporate and intellectual property law, corporate development and HR. Previously, Jennifer led legal teams at various software, footwear and electronics companies including Viewpoint Construction Software, KEEN Footwear, SOL Republic, Nike and InFocus Corporation. Jennifer also directed international HR departments and numerous successful corporate development programs, her most notable as CEO of Motif, a joint venture of Motorola and InFocus.
