You can’t get better than Orlando for property investment

DAVENPORT, Fla. - Feb. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- When it comes to investing in real estate in 2016, you can’t get much better than Orlando in Florida.

Orlando was placed second in the list of 2016 Best Buy Cities, detailing the top 20 housing markets to invest in this year.

Forbes says Orlando and other areas of Florida offer great value "where investors get the best bang for their housing buck, and where aspiring homeowners have the best prospects of making an economically sound purchase."

The average home price in Florida for  the year to Quarter 3, 2015, is $202,809 and the area is set for annual price growth of 10% in 2016 and a 28% rise over the next three years, says Forbes.

In addition, the area has enjoyed population growth of 6.7% and there is no sign of that slowing time any time soon, says Garrett Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of leading Central Florida developer and agent, Feltrim Group.
