Each effort is given a score, based on several criteria, similar to a decathlon, with the aim being to achieve the highest score possible, burn fat, get healthy and have some fun along the way. The concept is designed in such a way that each time limit can be performed as a stand-alone workout or incorporated into an existing training session. “TimeLimit is not just about motivation,” Mr Watling says that if one trains correctly and safely they can expect to continue training and competing for many years without injury or illness, and to that end, TimeLimit does a great job with their handicapped scoring system which encourages participants to train safely and smartly. “The beauty of TimeLimit is that anyone, at any time, of any fitness level, can participate thanks to the 12 month time frame.
