VEFXi Signs Memorandum of Understanding with MDM Corporation

PORTLAND, Ore. - Feb. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- VEFXi Corporation announced that VEFXi CEO and founder, Craig Peterson signed a memorandum of understanding with Jason Kim of MDM Corporation, a Shenzhen, China based company to collaborate in the advancement of 3D mobile devices featuring no-glasses 3D experiences.

The signatories of the MOU agree to cooperate in the interest of fulfilling their respective mandates, share agreed information and at a successful conclusion of the MOU, for MDM to become a preferred client. In the MDM Corporation estimates an agreed purchase level of units from VEFXi within the first two years of the 2D to 3D conversion chip production.

The prototype of VEFXi’s ASIC microchip that converts 2D or 3D video to no-glasses 3D video with exceptional 3D pop-out and depth that is comparable to handcrafted auto-stereoscopic content. If used in mobile devices up to 4K UHD resolution such as phones, tablets, two-in-ones, and laptops, consumers will be able to enjoy stunning no-glasses 3D from ordinary streamed or local video content. This new technology benefits from patent-pending advancements and VEFXi’s experience on two previous product generations which have shipped to more than 30 countries.
