Stuart Kane Continues To Grow With Addition Of Litigation Partner Shane Criqui

IRVINE, Calif. - Jan. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce Shane P. Criqui has joined the firm as a partner.

Focusing his litigation practice on business and employment matters, Criqui represents clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation. He has litigated cases to judgment at summary judgment proceedings, trials, and in binding arbitration. Criqui has also successfully represented clients in California state and federal appellate courts. He has worked with clients involved in multiple business verticals including technology, healthcare, retail, real estate, banking, legal services, manufacturing, and distribution.

Prior to becoming a partner at Stuart Kane LLP, Criqui was a litigation attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth for seven years. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson, United States District Court Judge, Central District of California in 2006. Prior to law school, Criqui worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for CIBC World Markets (aka CIBC Oppenheimer) in New York City.

Criqui’s arrival comes on the heels of growth at the firm with the recent addition of corporate attorney Michael Vaughn and real estate attorney Nairi Siddiqi.

Criqui received his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University. He is active in local bar associations, including Orange County, Los Angeles County and Newport Harbor, and was listed as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2015.
