Empty Cubicle Inc., short listed as semi-finalist in prestigious SUP- X StartUp Expo Competition

TORONTO - Jan. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- TORONTO January 20, 2016 -- Empty Cubicle Inc., a leading HR software company pioneering the verified resume movement is pleased to announce the company has been short listed as semi-finalists in the prestigious SUP-X StartUp Expo Competition. The premiere conference, now in its third year, brings together start-up and early-stage entrepreneurs, angel and VC investors throughout North America, and will take place February 16 and 17 in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.

Startup Canada, one of SUP-X’s strategic partners, helped secure representation from Canadian entrepreneurs, including Empty Cubicle. The company won one out of five spots for Canadians and will go on to compete against 45 international competitors. The semi-finalists will be given the opportunity to exhibit alongside corporate exhibitors and sponsors in the events nearly 50,000 square feet of exhibit space.

Immediately prior to the closing reception, approximately five to 10 start up and early-stage finalists will pitch to a panel of investors and experts before all attendees with the winners receiving a portion of the $50,000 in cash and prizes.
