Kelley Kronenberg Promotes Megan K. Gajewski to Partner

TAMPA, Fla. - Jan. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service law firm, announced that Megan K. Gajewski has been promoted to partner. Ms. Gajewski focuses her practice on both transactional and real estate litigation matters, and advises clients regarding regulatory and statutory compliance.

Ms. Gajewski’s clients have included banks, financial institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers, corporations and public entities. She is experienced in navigating federal and state consumer financial protection laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth-in-Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the regulations promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Additionally, she incorporates regulatory considerations into her representation of clients – both in terms of effectively litigating matters and offering legal guidance regarding compliance and prevention of liability when completing transactional matters.

Ms. Gajewski earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
