SOMERSWORTH, N.H. - Jan. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Do you remember the last time you left work feeling like you've accomplished everything you needed to? While working 60 hour work weeks, going above and beyond and not having enough time for life - I realized that you'll never get everything completed on your list. I realized that my task list which was ever evolving, became a calendar for me. Let me explain, I had set tasks to complete every day, always knowing that something was coming up tomorrow or the day after, which brought me into June, when I thought just yesterday it was January.

Let out a sigh if that's you---

Once my daughter arrived, I decided that life is just to short to give up moments that matter. Yes, there is life outside of work! Deciding to become a virtual assistant was hard, especially knowing I'd lose my set income, but it has been worth it. When I'm working, you know that I'm giving you my all! Now I can work my 60 hours a week, but in the schedule that works for myself and clients. Not everybody is cut out to complete administrative tasks, but it's something I find interesting and fun. Learning about businesses pushes me to be more successful in my own small business.

Why hire a virtual assistant?

1. If you're attempting to grow your business, at some point you will discover you can't do everything on your own. Growing a business requires the owner's attention to customers and partnerships. The owner should never lose focus on the potential growth! Success starts with you.

2. Tasks that you see as unimportant are actually the key to your businesses future. For example: Facebook, Scheduling, Advertisements, Social Media Platforms, Website Updates, Documents, Bookkeeping, Online Research, Presentations and Emails. How many times have you put any of those tasks aside to do something more important? Make sure you're not missing out on future business due to not having a presence in the 21st century. Delegate, Delegate and more Delegation!

3. Let's talk about the payroll savings, for those of you who have 40 hour p/week employees. You can hire a virtual assistant for 40 hours a week, but truly, you only need somebody to complete specific tasks. Let me give you an example; I'm hired through a company for 20 hours per week, that's 80 hours per month. On my site the total cost for my services would be: $1,400.00 per month. The hours worked are whenever scheduled and typically available anytime for emergencies. That's the total cost- $1,400.00 for 80 hours of hard work being completed. Below is a breakdown of your cost for an office employee:

• Full Time Employee at $12.00 per hour (average rate) x 40 hours per week = $480.00 x 52 weeks a year = $24,960.00
• Full Time Salary Employee at $40,000.00 per year
• Part Time Employee at $12.00 per hour x 25 hours per week = $300.00 x 52 weeks a year = $15,600.00

Additional Costs on Office Employees: Training, Recruiting, Travel, Office Supplies, Interview Expenses, Insurance, Furniture, Subscriptions, Taxes, Software, Bank Service Fees, Benefits, Payroll Taxes and the Executive Staff you pay to manage.
• Full Time Employee at $12.00 per hour (average rate) x 40 hours per week = $480.00 x 52 weeks a year = $24,960.00 $49,670.00
• Full Time Salary Employee at $40,000.00 annually / $79,600.00
• Part Time Employee at $12.00 per hour x 25 hours per week = $300.00 x 52 weeks a year = $15,600.00 / $31,044.00
Virtual Assistant 80 Hours Per Month $1400.00 X 12 month = $16,800. Virtual Assistant 160 Hours Per Month $2800.00 x 12 months = $33,600.00 Cheaper than all other instances above!

Research found on multiple cost analysis websites.

When you compare the cost of a full-time employee, it's very obvious that outsourcing and delegating tasks to a virtual assistant is the option!
