Kody Holdings Acquires Toyota of Waldorf

WALDORF, Md. - Dec. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Kody Holdings, a national automotive retailer, today announced that the Company has acquired Toyota of Waldorf, located in Waldorf, Maryland.

The new dealership will be named Waldorf Toyota Scion and will celebrate its grand opening now through January 2016.  The all new Waldorf Toyota Scion will offer a larger selection of vehicles for sale, at lower prices than the previous dealership. Waldorf Toyota Scion will also offer a greater variation of services to the market, which will create an improved customer experience.  Included in the acquisition is a full service, state of the art collision center.

The Kody Holdings dealerships are all located in Southern Maryland.  Waldorf Toyota Scion joins a family of dealerships that represent the following franchises; Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Honda, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Toyota, Scion and Pre-Owned dealerships.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
