Message of Love Inspired by Fear

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia - Dec. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Elizabeth Deveau sings about love over fear with her inspirational single ‘I Will Love You’. The Halifax based singer/songwriter was compelled to put her heartfelt thoughts to song as a result of the confusion and fear expressed on social media over Canada’s response to the Syrian Refugee Crisis.

“This song is in support of the Syrian Refugee Crisis and Canada's commitment to accept 25,000 refugees over the next few months,” says Deveau. The main goal of this “humanitarian” single and video is to encourage Canadians to realize the broad impact our Country can make when we extend ourselves in love and with open hearts.

The song’s message is one of understanding, acceptance, and ultimately love as we are challenged by the current global climate of uncertainty, intolerance, and fear. Elizabeth is very much aware of our global diversities and as an active Ambassador Artist with Compassion Canada she has offered her music as a voice in support of underprivileged and impoverished children and their families helped by her outreach ministry.

Deveau’ s well established roots in the music industry cross many genres, ranging from country to contemporary Christian. She has been recognized nationally and internationally for her songwriting and performance through numerous awards by Music Nova Scotia, Maritime Gospel Music Awards, East Coast Music Association, Gospel Music Association of Canada and the Canadian Maja Awards.

“This song magically expresses the love humanity can choose to express and it is essential that the production of the music and accompanying video portray the deep meaning behind the lyrics,” explains producer Scott Ferguson of FMP Matrix Entertainment.

Elizabeth is asking the public to share the song links to family and friends through social media channels to embrace our identity as a peace keeping Country and say ‘I Will Love You’.

‘I Will Love You’ is available on CD Baby and other digital distributors with proceeds to local private refugee sponsors starting with Birch Cove Baptist Church, 50 Donaldson Avenue, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
