Krypto500 and Krypto1000 SIGINT Software now Available on Affordable Tektronix Spectrum Analyzer
Advanced collection, decoding, analysis and classification software now compatible with a portable, powerful and affordable spectrum analyzer
By: COMINT Consulting and Tektronix, Inc.
Portability and performance are required in most areas of conflict, and Krypto500 and Krypto1000 were designed to deliver, providing all spectrum analyzers, receivers, and direction finders -- including low-SWaP equipment -- the full array of features at either low CPU or standard CPU settings.
Already built into the software are filters to increase intercept, comprehensive parsers for pinpoint analysis, and cryptographic systems for added security.
“Tektronix understands that detection and analysis tools need full power in a portable package,” said James Kilgallen, technology director of COMINT Consulting. “Being able to provide missions with on-the-march technology that gives them every bit of intelligence they need is why we exist.”

The portability, affordability and USB 3.0 interface makes it a popular choice for projects and missions that need thorough scrutiny of the signals they read, not just a pass/fail read.
