The Shopify based website introduces a variety of enhancements designed to enhance the shopping experience for consumers by offering real-time integration with the brand’s social media platforms, responsive design for mobile-optimized display, and a new layout that reflects Dolce Vita’s on-the-go consumer.

New features to the site include:

Integrated social content, like Instagram photos taken by bloggers, are fed into the homepage and channel index page content streams. This integration of social content allows for up-to-the-minute collaboration content throughout the site.

Dolce Vita's responsive design was selected to detect on which device a reader is viewing the website and reformat itself to fit the appropriate screen size. All content available on the site's desktop version is also available on the mobile site, providing consumers with a user-friendly experience no matter their device.

The new DolceVitaHandbags.com layout takes an original design approach, by fully utilizing a collection layout to welcome consumers to browse by bag type and colorway. All product page images are optimized for retina display, and a new homepage slideshow scales images to fit the user's desktop screen size. Other enhanced attributes include wish lists and streamlined navigation to improve overall user experience.

The second phase, set for Oct. 5 2015, will integrate a new Instagram campaign. The campaign will feature the inspiration of New York City coffee culture, plus a content series featuring young women who personify the Dolce Vita brand and its commitment to on-the-go fashion.
