Patty graduated with a literary studies degree at YSU. Shortly after, she gained a ton of business experience working in a retail environment for several years.
“I was looking forward to my opportunity with Launch Local Inc because I had a lot of business knowledge that I felt like I could apply,” stated Patty.

When asked about her first impression of Launch Local Inc she immediately noted her compatibility with owner and director Linda Barton.
“Linda has a very similar background to mine. I loved her personality, her positivity, and her work ethic.”

The company is very happy to have such a hard worker on their team as they are continually looking to grow. Patty commented on her own growth with Launch Local, “My learning curve right now is leadership and how to juggle myself and my success. Developing my team is something I’m learning to do and I understand that takes time.” As she continued, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”

Linda spoke very highly of Patty recognizing her success in such a short time and acknowledged the hard work Patty has put into her every day tasks, “Patty is wonderful, she’s really sharp and has laser focus that is expected with any Launch Local team member,” she continued “We’re really thankful to have her and I couldn’t be happier with her progress.”

When asked what advice Patty had for aspiring Launch Local associates she said, “If you have the right student mentality and work ethic you can basically achieve anything. As long as you keep a positive attitude and you keep going, that’s all you need!”
