Birches Group Announces Partnership with THP HR Consultants Ltd

NEW YORK - Sept. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Effective immediately, New York-based Birches Group LLC (BG), a human resources consultancy specializing in developing markets, and London-based THP HR Consultants Ltd, (THP), an independent HR and remuneration consulting firm, have announced a new partnership focused on private sector clients in the UK and Continental Europe.

Birches Group delivers surveys of pay and conditions in 148 high-growth and developing countries. Under the partnership, THP will market and sell BG compensation and benefits surveys for developing markets across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe to UK-based multi-national employers. In addition, THP will partner with BG to engage with selected European-headquartered companies outside of the UK.  The firms will also collaborate on consulting projects in order to serve the needs of their clients most effectively.
