MAMMOTH LAKES, Calif. - Sept. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- How does winter love thee? Let Nomadness count the ways. Not only is Mammoth in for a huge treat because of the latest El Nino predictions, but temperatures are already proving to be cooling down for the upcoming fall season.

Just last week, forecasters announced that El Nino's chances of lasting from the winter through the spring have jumped to 95 percent. This weather phenomenon already appears to be trying to make its presence known by showering down on the town as of yesterday, clearing away all smoke that inundated Mono County as a result of neighboring wildfires.

The town's early rainfall was accompanied by some premature snowfall also, as the live cameras at McCoy Station on top of the mountain caught a foggy, snow-white scene that sent local residents and vacationers into a cold season cabin craze.

Some Mammoth enthusiasts are saying it's too early for snow, while most say it's much needed considering the state's recent drought conditions. Nomadness feels the early snowfall is a good sign too, and that the wintry atmosphere coordinates perfectly with Mammoth Rental by Owner's upcoming debut of their latest condos and cabins. The vacation rental company will be showcasing these five new vacation homes throughout the season, with the first one being released today.

Today's property, listing #315, is a luxurious three-bedroom, mountain-view home. It's built to please renters looking for a grand yet old-fashioned place to spend their holidays. This vacation rental home will be up on the Nomadness website later this afternoon for getaway seekers to admire. Two new cabins, located right at the top of the mountain, have been introduced through Mammoth Rental by Owner also. These cabins, listings #312 and #336, are currently offering a free night's stay.

However, if mountain-lovers don't feel like waiting, Nomadness invites everyone to peruse their exisitng collection of breathtaking homes at www.Mammoth395.com.
