Cellulant Hosts CEO COCKTAIL Networking Event at 9th Annual AITEC COMESA

 
NAIROBI, Kenya - Sept. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Africa’s leading mobile payments ecosystem, Cellulant, will serve as sponsor and host of the CEO Cocktail Networking event at the 9th AITEC Common Market for East and Southern Africa (COMESA) conference on banking and mobile money.The event will be held  on September 15-16, 2015 at the Pride Inn Hotel, Westlands Rd. Nairobi. Cellulant  is the hospitality sponsor and will be hosting the event’s official CEO Cocktail Networking event on the evening of September 15, 2015.

This year’s edition will focus majorly on security, featuring briefings on the latest cyber threats to the financial services sector, with practical demonstrations, a master-class, expert presentations and panel discussions to pool the knowledge and experience among peers facing common challenges.

Themed ’Inspire, Innovate and Implement’, this two-day event will be officially opened by the Cabinet Secretary for Treasury, Mr. Henry Rotich. Coming a month after US President Barack Obama hosted the Global Entrepreneurship Summit  in Nairobi, the conference intends to challenge banking leaders to adopt innovative business strategies and technologies to promote financial inclusion, maximise customer service, drive down costs – and ultimately contribute to achieving the vision of developing Nairobi as an international centre of excellence for financial services.

“Currently, the mobile payments ecosystem is still very much fragmented.
