PRLog -- In early August the leaders and the team of AdExcel Group passed the certification audit by SGS with outstanding success. This mainly due to the extensive preparatory work of the technical installations, revolving doors, video, alarm systems und access control, and in particular due to the creation of all regulations in English and French by Key2Quality International and alignment of the AdExcel teams. The procedures contain management commitment, risk analysis, incident reporting and escalation approach, training, id badges, visitor policy, document control and driver verification. But it also talks about key controls, trash inspection, pre-loading and staging, personal containers, exit searches, personal vehicle access, control of cargo handling, including container and trailer integrity and the whole freight handover processes. Main focusses are also maintenance programs, shipping and receiving records, loading and unloading validation, contractor orientation, background checks/screening and vetting, as well as termination of workforce and fraudulent pick-ups.
