Burnham Resources Reports: Northern Ireland Court Rules Overtime Included in Holiday Pay

The decision was the result of a challenge brought by employee Robert Patterson against his place of employment, Castlereagh Borough Council, over alleged unlawful deductions of wages. Mr Patterson’s claim was made on the basis that the calculation of his holiday pay should have included pay for overtime hours that he regularly voluntarily worked.
