July 31, 2015 - PRLog -- Microsoft originally teased game streaming service between Xbox One and Windows 10 as a part of new Xbox app.

The video game streaming is now available to all Xbox One Preview members and with the exception of Kinect titles, everything seems to work fine.

You should also be able to use voice chat and multiplayer capabilities in addition to using Xbox 360 and Xbox One controller. Do note that mouse and keyboard are not supported to play Xbox One games. Lastly, bear in mind that the streaming only works on the same network.

Here is everything you need to know on how to stream Xbox One games on your Windows 10 PC:

Windows 10 Preview Installed

Needless to say, but the first thing you require is to sign-up for the Windows Insider Program and install the preview on your PC. I recommend dual-booting with your primary OS so as to avoid any data loss during installation. And in case you are worried about system requirements, Windows 10 Preview should work fine if your PC can handle Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Xbox Preview Program Invite

The second thing you need is an invitation to Xbox Preview Program. Do note that you cannot sign-up for Xbox Preview Program and can only be invited. In order to invite a friend, you need to open up Xbox Dashboard Preview app and select Invite Your Friends. We have quite a generous community here so you can ask for an invite in the comments below.

Settings on Xbox One

You need to go to the following directory:

Xbox One Settings > Console > Preferences

Once you are inside the menu, you need to check ‘Allow Game Streaming to Other Devices (Beta)’ and that’s pretty much all!

Settings on Windows 10 Xbox App

Open up the Xbox app and sign-in using your Xbox Live account. Click the third-last icon from the bottom on the left-side bar. Here you can see a list of Xbox One consoles in your home network.

Connect to your Xbox One, attach an Xbox controller, and begin playing. Do note that there is a little delay in racing games, but other genres seem to work without any issue. Moreover, the quality of the stream depends on your Wi-Fi network.
