Phoenix Meditation Sanctuary Set to Open Fall 2015 with Fundraiser for Nepal Quake Victims

July 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Rishi Devra, spiritual master and founder of Omni Awakening Institute for Meditation and Life Mastery will be launching a new community hub and spiritual sanctuary for the sacred arts in Scottsdale. The project is envisioned to become a respite of tranquility for mindful living advocates and will house her institute’s meditation programs, sacred art gallery, café, restaurant and special events venue. It will also be home to spiritual classes and teachings, celebrations and performances for the sacred arts.

Soon after opening, the Phoenix Meditation Sanctuary will host a fundraiser for Nepal Quake Victims. The fundraiser will take place on Sunday, November 8th, 2015 from 10am - 4pm. As a long time benefactor of the monasteries of Nepal and a promoter of the artisans and craftsmen of the greater Katmandu region, Rishi Devra is proud to host this fundraiser that will also act as a profound day of spiritual inspiration for the earthquake victims in Nepal. The fundraiser will include special emphasis on assisting the artist and crafts community in Nepal with the goal of helping these artisans regain their productivity in the face of the devastating destruction of the quake in which many lost the homes, craft studios and production facilities vital to the creation of the paintings and statuary in the region.
