By: Sarah Swindells A 43 Year Old Woman Battling Against Incurable Skin Cancer On A Mission To Crowdfund £70,000 For Groundbreaking Cancer Treatment Senior mental health nurse Sarah Swindells, 43, from Oldham, Lancashire took a devastating blow 2 years ago when a lump turned out to be stage 4 skin cancer. Rushed into hospital to remove the cancer immediately, Sarah underwent 9 hours of intense surgery to remove her bowel, a full hysterectomy, pelvic restructuring - and just 8 months later was back at work and ready to move on with her life. Just as she was getting back to normality, a routine scan 2 months later uncovered the worst news Sarah could ever get - The cancer had spread to her liver!
