ABRA Auto Body & Glass Expands Again Just Days Following Major Acquisition Announcement

MINNEAPOLIS - June 29, 2015 - PRLog -- ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading national damaged vehicle repair company, announced it acquired another repair center today just days following the announcement  it signed a definitive agreement to acquire 23 additional repair centers in the coming weeks in the Pacific Northwest. Today’s acquisition includes Reflections Auto Body’s north Milwaukee repair center location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The ongoing development is another example of ABRA continuing to execute on an aggressive growth strategy to increase its national footprint. ABRA officially operates 287 repair centers in 22 states, 19 of which are across Wisconsin. The count will jump to 310 repair centers in 23 states once ABRA closes on the additional centers it announced Friday.
