Crown Cleaners Partners with Delivery.com

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - June 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Crown Cleaners is pleased to announce a new option for its customers.

The Knoxville dry cleaner is partnering with delivery.com to offer a free pickup and delivery service.

To sign up for free pickup and delivery, simply go to delivery.com, create an account, and select Crown Cleaners under local dry cleaners. Customers can select from a list of services, including the laundering of a blouse, pants or jacket, or certain tailoring services such as hemming. The minimum amount required for an order is $25, and discounts are available for orders over $75. The customer chooses the date and time for both the pickup and delivery, ensuring both are done at his/her convenience.

"Taking advantage of our delivery service means you will never again forget to pick up your clothes after they've been cleaned, which is pretty common," Holecek said.

This is an expansion of a service Crown previously had in place, which requires customers to commit to at least $50 in cleaning every month. With this new option, however, customers can choose to have their order delivered without future commitments.

"The new service is geared towards someone who needs occasional cleaning, not someone who needs service weekly," he said.
