Deas Awarded Million Dollar Plus Award

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - June 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Business Brokers of Florida recently awarded The Million Dollar Plus award for the sale of businesses in the state of Florida to Kimberly Deas owner of the local Murphy Business and Financial Services Franchise.

This highly prestigious award was only presented to business brokers that have sold more than one million dollars of businesses in 2014. Out of over 70 brokers in the north Florida market only 13 brokers received this highly coveted award.

Kimberly prides herself in supporting the small businesses in Jacksonville ever since she arrived in Jacksonville over eight years ago.

“Details are Important,” Kim says and this is how she explains selling one the iconic businesses in Jacksonville in just 47 days.  “It took almost 4 months of preparation to make sure the buyer understood the business and then once we had the right buyer, it was smooth sailing to the closing.“
