By: Friedl Richardson Trial Lawyers
PHOENIX - April 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Arizona based law firm Friedl Richardson Trial Lawyers has announced that they will begin offering two different $1,000 scholarships to students in need.

In an effort to give back to the community and offer support to students who have faced challenges in their personal and professional lives, these scholarships will be specifically targeted to two different groups of students: veterans and students with disabilities.

Interested students can apply via the firm's website, http://www.friedlrichardson.com. Students will be able to submit their application by either composing a written letter or filming a short video. In either medium, applicants will be required to state their intent to pursue a law degree and the skills and experiences that have brought them to this decision.

The attorneys at the Friedl Richardson firm believe strongly in their obligation to support students in need and provide an extra boost for tuition, books, or other academic expenses related to pursuing a law degree. These two specific scholarship opportunities speak to the firm's belief that personal and professional hardship can make for an even more determined and passionate law student.

"At the law offices of Friedl Richardson, we believe that overcoming personal challenges can be a wonderful preparation for pursuing a career in law. We acknowledge that working through the complications that a disability presents can be very challenging, and we applaud the determination of students with disabilities who are interested in studying law."

The firm has also been clear about their support for veterans who have served to protect their country, stating that "the ability to trust your teammates to carry out the decided plan is of critical importance when you're tasked with handling a large, complicated legal case. Veterans who pursue law are often better able to lead as well as work in a collaborative setting having earned real world experience in doing just that."

Interested applicants can find more information on the two scholarship opportunities, plus detailed instructions on the application process at the Friedl Richardson scholarship page.
