By: Morris County Arts Workshop “We are so excited to be able to bring yet another wonderful piece of artwork to the Chester Springs Mall for shoppers and visitors to enjoy,” states MCAW founder and director Jane Shatz. “This would not have been possible without the generous support of Chester resident Deborah Herridge of The Herridge Group at Keller Williams Realty in Morristown, and Ramco-Gershenson, the property’s management company, who both believe strongly in promoting the arts. We thank them dearly! Deborah donated the beautiful frame to encase this wonderful piece of artwork and the professionals at Ramco-Gershenson have tirelessly helped us advance our mission of providing art and music for all to appreciate and enjoy in the community. With Ramco-Gershenson, we have formed a thriving business - non-profit partnership which we hope other business leaders will embrace to create neighborhoods enhanced by the arts. We appreciate and recognize Ramco-Gershenson as a leader in this field and encourage other businesses and non-profits to develop this model in their towns.” The artists and works that will be exhibited in the Morris County Masters Art Show running through April 30, 2105 include oil paintings by John Reilly of Washington Township, NJ; encaustic and alternative photography by Sue Kenney of Boonton, NJ; and mixed media collages by Alice Harrison of Morristown, NJ. The artwork available for viewing and purchase will be on display at The Hive Gallery daily from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment.
