Eric Ducos Joins Salient Process as Chief Innovator

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - April 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Salient Process is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Ducos to the leadership team.

Eric joins Salient Process from EmeriCon where he most recently served as CTO and was a founding member.  Eric brings a great deal of BPM experience. industry and management knowledge.  Throughout his career in BPM and technology, his passion for innovating has earned him a well-deserved reputation as a BPM expert.  As Salient's Chief Innovator, Eric will lead the charge in solving some of the toughest technology and innovation challenges our clients face.  As a key member of IBM Advisory Councils and product panels, he will focus on increasing customer value across the IBM Smarter Process suite of products in order to provide the best solutions for our clients.

With two decades of continuous technology experience, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge from across a variety of industries, from financial institutions in Europe to some of the earliest IBM workflow engines used for the Olympic Games in Atlanta, Eric has demonstrated his ability to continuously advance the industry.  Amongst other things, Eric is a technology visionary, author, designer, and co-implementer of many successful frameworks, products, solutions, methodologies, libraries, technical publications and certification programs for cross-industry F500 organizations.
