TMG Positions Avista for Successful Enterprise IT Application System Implementations

AUSTIN, Texas - April 10, 2015 - PRLog -- April 10, 2015 – Austin, TX – Avista recently credited its technology partners, including TMG Consulting, with the successful implementations of new customer information and enterprise asset management systems. These new systems—Oracle CC&B and Maximo—will carry Avista into the future while increasing its operating efficiencies and providing new opportunities to build on the exceptional customer service its customers have come to expect.

The effort, which Avista called Project Compass, spanned four years from start to finish. TMG’s contributions included strategic advisory services related to project structure and governance, as well as system and implementer selection.
