The Future of Pro Wrestling is in Salem, Oregon

SALEM, Ore. - March 31, 2015 - PRLog -- The West Coast Wrestling Connection opened its training facility, the WCWC Academy, in April of 2005. In February 2014, professional wrestling legend, The Grappler, became the Director at the WCWC Academy and the name was changed to, “The Grappler’s WCWC Pro Wrestling Academy.” Head Trainer, Erik “Grappler 3” Baeden and Assistant Trainers Jeremy Blanchard and “The Gentleman Brawler” Eric Right assist him at the Academy.

One year after The Grappler began training prospective pro wrestlers at the Academy, the very first Student Showcase was held. This is an event that provides students of the Academy an unprecedented opportunity to hone their craft in front of a live crowd.

On Friday, April 24^th at 7:30pm, the third Northwest Student Showcase will be held at The Grappler’s WCWC Pro Wrestling Academy. Members of the press are invited to attend this event. They will have direct access to the trainers and the students as well.
