Marks has an electrical engineering background and obtained an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and holds a Corporate Finance Qualification. In addition to featured speakers, the summit will include panelists and a fireside chat. The highly interactive format will allow business owners and advisors to share personal lessons learned, tips and tricks, and stories regarding the requirements for successful management transition and exit.
