Kay Colson Joins Kinetix as Vice President of Service Delivery

Colson is joining their executive team in a newly created position as Vice President of Service Delivery.

In this role, Colson will assist Kinetix recruiting teams in continuing to build resilient client relationships through securing the best candidates. Colson brings a wealth of business experience with her and believes in a hands-on approach to improving how recruiting teams attract and hire great talent. Prior to Kinetix, she has held executive-level roles at companies such as CDI, Spherion/Norrell, Ryder System Inc., Sysco, and Great Southwest Industries. She also supports the U.S. National Committee for UN Women in a volunteer capacity, leading fund development.
