AFEI selects CC Pace’s Leslie Lowman to Speak on Agile Teams

FAIRFAX, Va. - Feb. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- CC Pace is excited to announce that Agile Coach and Senior Consultant, Leslie Lowman, has been invited to speak at The Association for Enterprise Information’s (AFEI) conference, Agile in the Government: Mutual Adaption. The conference will focus on creating a better understanding of how Agile software development methods can fit within the current processes of government acquisition.

Lowman has trained over 10,000 people in various Agile methodologies and coached numerous teams on how to be successful with the Agile approach.  Her topic for this conference will be Teams Are People Too. This subject matter will leave attendees with a better understanding of why it is important to have dedicated Agile teams and the overall impact they have on the value of what they deliver. She will also discuss how and why organizations should support the dedication of teams and their members. Lowman is an IT professional with 11 years of experience in using XP, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies in development and implementation.
