Zounds Hearing of Chattanooga Continues to Grow

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Feb. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Chattanooga, TN, February, 2014 – Zounds Hearing of Chattanooga is pleased to announce that Holly Stephens has joined the Zounds Hearing team in the position of Customer Care Specialist.

“It was an exhaustive search for the person who we felt would really fit into the Zounds Hearing Family. We want our clients to be well taken care of, have all their needs met, and to feel like family,” says Glenn Bird, Owner of Zounds Hearing of Chattanooga. “It was important that our Customer Care Specialist be able to do that. We really feel that Holly is going to be a great asset to both Zounds and our clients.”

A native of Macon, Georgia, Holly and her family recently relocated to the Chattanooga area. Holly joins Zounds Hearing of Chattanooga with a very strong background in Customer Service and Client Management. She has worked in both the medical and retail fields extensively.

Holly has been immersing herself into the Zounds Hearing world.  “The Zounds Hearing technology was formed out of the deep bond between a father and his daughter and I want to share as much of that connection with our customers as possible,” says Holly.
