About the conference:

With the Prime Minister’s Dementia Challenge soon to come to an end, now is the perfect time to reflect on what has been achieved and explore how best to maintain the momentum and commitment to improving dementia care, research and diagnosis rates post April 2015.

This conference provides a forum to share learning and collate best examples of good practice to ensure continued improvement across all aspects of dementia care. Delegates will learn the best ways to increase diagnosis rates, promote brain health, prevent the onset of dementia and provide person centred and coordinated post diagnostic support to dementia sufferers and their carers.
