Gower St., Hollywood, CA 90028 When: Sunday, January 11, 2015.Check in: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm Start Time: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm Human Trafficking Awareness Day is set to kick off in the city of Los Angeles with the official L.A. Freedom Walk. The official walkathon will take place on January 11th beginning at First Presbyterian Church in Hollywood, California. The general public is invited to participate. Confirmed participants will include representatives from government agencies, law enforcement and non-profit organizations committed to the cause of human trafficking and raising awareness within communities and amongst city residents. Onsite registration and check in begins on January 11th at 12:30pm with the walk starting at 1:30pm. A special presentation to participants will take place at 3:00pm. Each official participant will receive an official t-shirt to wear during the walk.
