Alpha Management Donates to Broward County Police Department

He explained that his team has made a consistent commitment to the community for a wide range of reasons.  “Naturally, the most important part of giving back is the opportunity to help others,” he said. “However, the benefits even extend to those giving money or donating their time as well. Community service really is a win-win.”

One of the most significant benefits that Michael highlighted is the opportunity for his colleagues to come together while helping others. He indicated that volunteering tends to be the most impactful activity in terms of building morale and developing personal relationships. “Quite frankly, it’s hard not to feel great while giving back,” he said. “It really resonates throughout the team – everyone just wants to do their part for the greater good.”

Michael also mentioned that they are particularly focused on local organizations. This is driven in large part by wanting to directly benefit the community in as many ways as possible. Helping local organizations such as the police department can both benefit the job market and support the region in general. He also pointed out that volunteering can be a great opportunity for developing new skills and becoming increasingly connected with the neighborhood.
