Howard Feingold closes Iconic Best Apartments office on 23rd Street amidst financial woes

NEW YORK - Dec. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Long standing Rental agency Best Apartments Inc. Once occupying a very visable two floors of the Chelsea Elevator doorman building, has closed its doors to the office on 23rd Street and 6th ave in Manhattan.

Howard Feindgold has been flailing financially for years and he finally had to close the doors to his long established rental agency. He just couldn't keep up with the times. Best Apartments Inc could not adapted to the new ways of internet advertising and corporate housing. Their turn and burn style was not always revered, in fact, reading through their yelp reviews is like reading through an American Horror story.

The Midtown east basement office is still open but just temporarily until they close out some old accounts.

Real Estate tycoon Joseph Branco has brought the rights to Best Apartments and will continue using the brand. His style is honest and very modern. and his reviews and reputation are up there with the best of them.

As the saying goes, out with the old, in with the new.
