Wainwright House Yoga Training Academy Offers New, Unique Opportunities in 2015
A 300 hour Teacher Training program is planned to begin in January 2015 with Bernadette Birney, nationally known Teacher, lecturer and life coach. The 200 and 300 hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher training programs at WHYTA invite students to refine their own yoga practice while learning the art of alignment-based yoga instruction. The seasoned WHYTA instructors are nationally known, exceptionally talented and fully committed to providing students with the skills they desire. WHYTA offers a 200 hour retreat style, two week program as well as a four week 200 hour yoga teacher training intensive. Students have the option to live on the lovely grounds of the Wainwright House for the teacher training programs. WHYTA offers additional 200 hour formats, including weekend only sessions.
Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be led by renowned teacher Corina Benner. She has been teaching Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2005, and has taught both nationally and internationally. Sue Elkind will join WHYTA to lead the Prenatal Teacher Training program. Sue has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years, is an accomplished author and has been instrumental in the production of several Prenatal Yoga videos. Robin Appel will teach the Child Yoga Teacher Training program. Robin is a well-loved teacher specializing in Vinyasa-style yoga and Children’s yoga. She has taught at Kripalu, Omega, Integral Yoga Institute and Yoga Works. She currently owns and teaches at her own studios, “Always-At-
2015 brings Hari Kaur Khalsa to WHYTA for a Kundalini Teacher Training. Hari believes that “sharing and teaching Kundalini Yoga is an act of love and compassion for yourself and this planet. This Yoga of Awareness can bring peace and healing to your heart and help us build a more compassionate and meaningful life for all.”
