GORE, New Zealand - Nov. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Keith Lightfoot has dreamt of being a rock star since high school and he never gave up on his dream. He learnt to play the ukulele and guitar when he was seventeen, and even though Keith is now recognised as a professional conference speaker, he has only achieved moderate musical success. All that is about to change!

On November 30th 2014, Keith will perform alongside some of New Zealand’s best musical talent in a live concert to promote the new SPCA fund raising album. “It is a dream come true” says Lightfoot, “I even used a photo taken when we were recording in Manuka Studios a few years ago to create a Rolling Stones Magazine mock-up. I framed the image and hung it directly in front of my desk and just kept on working and believing!”

The SPCA Album reads like a Who’s-Who in New Zealand music. Many of the artists are recipients of the Queens Honour Awards for their contribution to the music industry. Tracks on the album include ‘If I only had time’ John Rowles, ‘Here comes the sun’ Suzanne Lynch, ‘Listen to the music’ Phil Madsen, ‘Apache’ Gray Bartlett, ‘Pretty Woman’ Eddie Low, ‘Home’ Keith Lightfoot, ‘Bad moon rising’ Larry Morris, ‘Redbud Tree’ Sel Nash and and ‘Glass’ Toni Gibson. The title of the album is ‘Gray Bartlett & Friends’.

All proceeds from the album will go to help animal care and shelter. Keith Lightfoot offers these words of advice to anyone chasing their dream “Work like it depends on you and pray like it depends on God!”
