Does the education in Eastern Europe meet the needs of outsourcing?

 
PLOVDIV, Bulgaria - Nov. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- On the 5th of November, the marketing manager of Sitel- Irene Nehrkorn-Kayn, said in an interview for Backstreet IT Outsourcing, that the education in Eastern Europe meets the needs of the outsourcing industry.

On the question whether or not the education in Eastern Europe prepares the young people to be ready to work in the Sitel’s centers, she answered: “The education in Eastern Europe without a doubt matches the needs of our business. Our history of operating in the region has shown that there is an educated, multilingual and flexible workforce with a close cultural affinity to our EMEA customer base.”

According to
Irene Nehrkorn-Kayn, the education prepares youngsters to have excellent communication and language skills: “At Sitel, we screen for talents that have excellent communication and service skills as well as language capabilities – the Eastern European workforce does have these qualities.”

Yet she added that in Sitel they have established training program that help their employees to further develop their skills, but the education in schools and universities gave the young everything they need to start working.
