Greater Raleigh NAWBO Offers Opportunity to Discover Individual Effective Communication
Kerry Ahrend will offer insight and a better understanding of oneself and others on November 19th.
Would you like to connect with clients and colleagues more effectively?
The DiSC system looks at four basic styles of thinking, feeling and acting in a specific situation knows as the four temperaments. The four DiSC dimensions of behavior are dominance, influence, supportiveness and conscientiousness. The assessment helps one work and relate more effectively with other as one becomes aware of the four temperaments. The knowledge you gain from DiSC assessment can be used to:
improve interpersonal communications
connect with co-workers and customers more effectively
enhance individual and team performance
better understand how to lead, motivate, and inspire your team
reduce destructive conflict
get better results
