Supercard dstwo and r4 gold are ds mode flashcards for nintendo 3ds consoles, both are compatible with the latest 9.2.0-20 J/E/U firmware, however, you can run ds backups only.
Gateway 3ds and mt-card are 3ds mode flashcards, you can play almost all the 3ds games on these cards, gateway 3ds card even allows you to play the hottest smash bros, but both of them requires system version 4.1 to 4.5 to run. You can not play 3ds games n3ds console with firmware beyond 4.5 with these cards.
Sky3ds, k3ds and r5sdhc are more advanced cards out there, they are compatible with the latest 9.2 firmware, and 3ds games supported. These cards have not been released yet, and sky3ds will be released in the next one or two weeks according to the official site.
