The Thinking Boise Real Estate Team recently sold 2 homes, donating another $1000 to local schools

BOISE, Idaho - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Boise, ID – Boise Real Estate agent, Janet Parsons with Thinking Boise Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty Boise, recently closed two transactions from which she contributed $1,000, increasing her donation total for Idaho schools to $16,000.

Ms. Parsons has a lofty goal--to donate one million dollars to Idaho schools. This goal has provided the Thinking Boise Real Estate team with extra motivation to find and help real estate clients--it’s all for a great cause. If the team can help 100 clients a year, Parsons will have accomplished her goal in 20 years, just in time for retirement, she says. Whenever the team completes a home sale for a client, Parsons contributes $500 to the Idaho school of her client’s choice.  Parsons says, “Not only do we get the satisfaction of helping our clients, we also get to give back to the community we love.” The recent donation was made on behalf of a husband and wife whose grandchildren attend Eagle schools. They chose to have Parsons donate $500 to Eagle Middle School and $500 to Eagle High School.

Parsons has been a real estate agent in Boise for over nine years.  Navigating both the public and private education system with her two sons, she believes strongly in the power and importance of an educated state. In an effort to help Idaho schools, she feels that donating a portion of her income is a simple way to make a local difference.
