Expique launches free tours in Bangkok - with optional donations for local charitiesOn our new "Free on Friday" tours customers get to test out (for free) new tours Expique is developing in Bangkok and if they want to donate at the end of the tour Expique gives the majority of donations to local charities
By: Expique Co., Ltd Expique ran an initial trial of the program last week, and following great feedback is now running the program on a weekly basis. Over the next few weeks, guests can now take free walking tours in the Bangrak and Chinatown areas of Bangkok. The schedule for tours will be updated every month with tours for the following few weeks. Tours are limited to a maximum 10 people and advanced booking is required. Expique founder, Simon Philipp, introduced the scheme with 2 key goals. Firstly, it gives Expique an opportunity to test its new tours both before and after they are launched, and use it as a way to ensure they are "truly an experience". Secondly, by collecting donations it provides a way to give back to the community. The charities will vary on a regular basis with the first one being the Thai Foundation for the Blind. At the moment the tours on offer all fall into the category of Bangkok Walking Tours. Expique already offers it's 3.5 hour Diversity and Harmony walking tour on a daily basis and the tours it is developing will complement this one by focusing on different areas and themes in Bangkok. Expique launched earlier in the year with the aim of offering a range of tours and experience in Bangkok that aim to target travellers, expats and even locals, who want to go beyond the normal city tour and explore the culture, history and local communities. The company name comes from the combination of the words "Experience" Find out more at www.expique.com Contact Simon Philipp ***@expique.com Photos: https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ https://www.prlog.org/ End
