LearningRx Fort Collins Honored with Two Awards

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Sept. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- The LearningRx Fort Collins Brain Training Center was presented with two top awards at the company’s National Convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado: the 2014 Acceleration Award and the 2014 Customer Service Award.

The Acceleration Award is given to the center with the largest increase of clients from the previous year––a significant accomplishment, considering LearningRx has more than 80 centers in the United States.

“The Fort Collins center continues to shine in not only its number of clients, but also the work it does to create strong learners,” says LearningRx Vice President of Research & Development Tanya Mitchell. “Their personal brain training sets the bar high for our 80-plus centers and we’re proud that they’re part of the LearningRx family.”

LearningRx Fort Collins also received the 2014 Customer Service Award, which is given to centers that have shown high customer satisfaction. It is the second consecutive year for the Fort Collins Brain Training Center to receive this high honor.

Winning the customer service award is a great achievement as it is determined from the NPS score which is based on Harvard’s Ultimate Question – Would you refer a friend?

This question is a strong indicator that you’d put your reputation on the line with friends with this recommendation.

The LearningRx Fort Collins Brain Training Center surveyed 100% of their clients and achieved an average score of 9.5 – a great achievement.
