Matthew Arndt Exits Kevin Pace and the Early Edition

SPOKANE, Wash. - Sept. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Kevin Pace & the Early Edition announce that their fiddle player Matthew Arndt is leaving the band effective Sept. 27th. Matthew is the youngest and one of the original members that helped the Early Edition develop the sound and style that has been prominent with the group since their debut in January of 2012.

I was hoping this day would never come but in reality I knew it would. Matthew is just so young and has many other things before him that he's interested in and wants to pursue. He was a huge asset to the group. When I initially talked with him about joining the band I was basing it totally on his fiddle playing. As it turned out he was a great harmony singer as well so he will surely be missed by all the guys and myself. Matthew is a fine young man with a great talent and I appreciate what he brought to this group. I wish him nothing but the best in whatever he pursues in the future. - Kevin Pace

The band's home base is Spokane, WA. They tour throughout the northwest and expect to gradually widen their scope each year and perform in new areas of the US and Canada.
