CARY, N.C. - Sept. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- CARY, N.C. – September 26, 2014 –T.MAC (http://tmacrestaurants.com/), the place for genuine food and craft beer, is opening its new location in Cary on Sunday, October 5, at 11 a.m. The restaurant, located in the Waverly Place Shopping Center at the corner of Tryon Road and Kildare Farm Road, will be the first T.MAC in the Triangle and the fourth in North Carolina.

T.MAC will open with its signature menu, including the Southeast’s original and award-winning buffalo chicken wings, half-pound burgers, fresh-baked flatbreads, double hand-breaded chicken tenders, crispy entrée salads and sides including oven-baked macaroni & cheese, broccoli queso casserole, green beans and fresh roasted mushrooms. T.MAC uses high quality ingredients in all of its offerings including antibiotic-free and hormone-free ground beef and all-natural and hormone-free chicken and makes its guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, salad dressings and signature queso fresh in the restaurant. In addition, all of T.MAC’s buns, rolls, crusts and desserts are made in the company’s own bakeshop.

Known as the place for craft on draft, T.MAC restaurants have been pouring craft beers since the mid-1980s, decades before it was the popular thing to do. T.MAC in Cary will showcase 40 Triangle and North Carolina craft beers, the largest selection in the area, as part of its offering of 100 beers on tap. In addition, a selection of 100 craft, domestic and imported bottled beers, premium spirits, signature cocktails and premium wines will also be served.

T.MAC also brings its famous Brewniversity rewards program to the Triangle. This free program, offered exclusively at all T.MAC locations, is dedicated to the education and exploration of T.MAC’s huge selection of craft beers. Members earn credits for each unique beer they experience plus some fun rewards along the way.

“For years, T.MAC has been known as a neighborhood place to come by and hang out with family and friends. We’re proud to become part of the Cary community and look forward serving all of our new friends, families and neighbors with our style of food, beer and hospitality. We love North Carolina and we’re excited to bring T.MAC here to the Triangle, ” said Sean Morris, T.MAC Regional Manager.

The 7,150 square-foot restaurant will seat 183 guests and include a 1,300 square-foot covered and heated outdoor patio with additional seating. A first for the Triangle, the restaurant will feature two European-designed rotating booths. Each rotating booth will rotate 360 degrees, allowing up to six guests to easily come and go at their leisure. Two high-top community-style tables will be included in the bar area, and a kids’ game room will offer arcade style games.

In keeping with T.MAC’s tradition of being a great, neighborhood gathering spot to watch sports and drink craft beer, the Cary location will offer 79 large screen HDTVs to provide optimal sports viewing all day, every day.

Marrying interior design elements with T.MAC’s reputation as the place for draft beer, an expansive terrazzo bar top created with remnants of reclaimed beer bottle glass and a lighted wall fashioned from 340 beer bottles will be surrounded by a rich palette of millwork, masonry and warm colors. Nine overhead aluminum beer conduits that continuously flow to 100 beer taps will create an artistic statement behind the bar, while energy-efficient LED lighting will be used throughout the restaurant.

“Whether its stopping by during the week with co-workers, watching the game with friends or bringing your family to dinner, we personally invite you to come by and see us. We look forward to serving you,” said Kurt Larkins, T.MAC Cary General Manager.

T.MAC will be open every day from 11 a.m. to midnight or later. For more information, visit tmacrestaurants.com.
