| ![]() Motorcycle Stunt Show Excitement Comes to Zephyrhills Fall AutoFestSee Josh Borne Perform Thrilling Stunts at Festival Park in November
By: Carlisle Events The stunt shows will run the 13th-15th and will take place just inside the main vendor gate on the side of the grounds that border U.S. 301. This one man show stars Borne, one of the nation’s premier street bike freestyle athletes. What began passively in 2004 with the purchase of motorcycle number one has transitioned into a full-time gig. Within one year, Borne had reached professional status and in 2008, he walked away from his “day job” to train and ride year round. After tough training sessions, which are ongoing to this day, Borne became a top ranked competition rider on the XDL National Streetbike Freestyle circuit and was a World Championship Finalist in 2007 and 2008. Fast forward to 2014 and Borne is still just as active, if not more so than a decade ago when he began. Anyone attending Festival Park for the Fall AutoFest will not only enjoy a swap meet, car corral and collector car auction, but also can enjoy a man who considers himself blessed to pursue his dream of riding. See what’s known as stoppies, wheelies, hands-free riding and more. “Josh Borne will add an exciting element to the show that will take us from the standard four-wheeled showcase to two,” said event manager Jim Brady. “His exciting, action-packed thrill show appeals to all ages and adds an adrenalin-packed punch to an already awesome event,” continued Brady. “His interaction with the crowd, posing for photos and signing autographs engages audiences of all ages and his pulse-pounding show adds to the fun-filled excitement of the AutoFest weekend.” The entertainment of Borne, plus the automotive thrills are available via a daily low price point. Kids 12 and under are admitted free, while admission is $8 on November 13, $10 on the 14th-15th and $5 on the 16th. Further, a full weekend event pass is just $30. Parking is free too at Festival Park and shuttles are available to move guests from their cars to the gates. End
